Girl Scouts of Western NY : Out of School Time with Girl Scouts is a year-round program with paid leadership that provides underserved girls in Rochester with leadership development opportunities free of charge that emphasize STEM and entrepreneurship/financial literacy as a foundation for academic achievement, future marketable skills and career pathways.
