If you would like to make a gift in honor of an individual, we will acknowledge your gift to that person. ​You can write a check payable to “The Community Foundation” with “RWGC” on the memo line and mail it to:

Or you can make a secure credit card donation through the Community Foundation’s web site. Please consider donating an additional 3% to cover the estimated credit card processing fee.

Special gifts and legacy giving

​

The Giving Circle also welcomes bequests, qualified charitable distributions from your IRA and significant gifts outside of the annual membership contribution. We have a Charitable Investor Fund at the Community Foundation, separate from our regular fund, for just this purpose. Donations to this fund will still serve our mission of advancing economic independence for women and girls living in poverty but will be granted out as we find worthy opportunities.

 

These may include:

• supporting high-impact, multi-year grants

• funding research on measurement and evaluation

• funding research on the needs of women and girls living in poverty
