Green Visions: Growing Healthy Futures is a workforce and career development program for unemployed, out-of-school young adults in Rochester's JOSANA and Joseph Avenue neighborhoods focused on providing training and work experience through the management and operation of an urban farm preparing participants to become work-ready in growth sectors of the regional economy.
