YWCA - Rochester and Monroe County

The Equity Through Development Program provides a training and mentorship program for women of color to develop skills as fundraisers and resource development officers as it seeks to address their under-representation in the Fundraising field.

*In January 2026 we were told that YWCA leadership decided to discontinue their Equity Through Development program which means that the $25,000 grant we allocated to them for 2025 will not be spent and will be added to the grant funds for 2026.
