Cheryl Lawless

Cheryl has been a member of the Giving Circle since 2016 and has served on the Grantmaking Committee for many of those years.

As a Rochester-area native who went to Cornell, she thinks that Upstate New York is a special place to live and hopes to see women and girls in our community thrive.  She is a retired Financial Advisor and former business owner who now enjoys having time to do more giving back.

Cheryl is active in many organizations and women’s groups, loves the outdoors, gardening, hiking with “Chester”, boating, X-C skiing, kayaking and spending time with her family and friends.
