Kathi became a RWGC member in 2014. During her career she provided database services to Women's World Banking and learned how women's work impacts the economy as well as the home.
Since selling her business, Management Growth Institute, Inc. which brought together CEOs of private businesses in Profit Enhancement Groups (PEG), she has enjoyed becoming a grandmother of four. She's written two novels, published a tribute to her artistic mother and helped a grassroots organization send over 300,000 postcards to get out the vote since 2017.
Kathi worked to form an urban cohousing community in Rochester and with a working group gave the NYS Attorney General regulation modifications to support cohousing. She also leads a local nonprofit, Friends of Borgne, that supports teachers and students in Borgne, Haiti.
