Kathy Hagen

Kathy Hagen joined the Rochester Women’s Giving Circle in 2021 and proudly serves as Co-Chair of the Grantmaking Committee. Originally from the Buffalo suburbs, she has called Rochester home for more than 30 years. A lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about people and personal growth, Kathy brings a diverse professional background spanning business leadership, consulting, and human-centered work.

She is the founder of Inner Strength Innovations, where she works with individuals navigating periods of transition, helping them reconnect with their values and move forward with clarity and intention. Kathy holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, sailing, learning, staying active, and spending time with her partner and their dog.
