Melinda Andolina

Circle Chair

Melinda serves as Chair of the Rochester Women's Giving Circle, guiding the organization's mission and grant-making process with the leadership team. She actively engages with Circle members and partner agencies, bringing collaborative leadership and deep commitment to women's economic empowerment.


Following retirement in 2009 from a 28-year career as an insurance executive with Chubb, Melinda transitioned her expertise into nonprofit governance work with joining the giving circle the same year.  Her corporate leadership experience proves invaluable in her nonprofit board roles, where she focuses on community service and social impact.


Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Wooster. An avid horsewoman, Melinda competes at local and state horse shows and volunteers with therapeutic riding programs in New York and Florida. She served as Board Chair of Heritage Christian Services and on the President's Advisory Council of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School.
